HOW TO TRIAL TRAINING

  1. Go to our TeamUp booking platform and book for freetrial training.
     

  2. The trial training voucher is now available in your TeamUp account under Memberships.
     

  3. Now search incourse scheduleChoose a course of your choice and register for the training.

WHICH COURSES CAN YOU BOOK?

All! You do not have to have done Kraftletics 1 first to attend Kraftletics 2. Each course is challenging, but easily scalable for everyone.Hereyou will find an overview with short explanatory videos for all courses.

HOW FIT DO YOU NEED TO BE?

Come as you are. There is athletic potential in everyone and it is our job to pick you up where you are. It is important that you arrive 15 minutes before the course starts and tell your trainer a little bit about yourself: your motivation, injuries, trauma, etc. Each exercise can be tailored to you.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Good shoes without soft soles or thick socks.

  • A towel and a water bottle.

  • Warm training clothes, it's cold here in winter!
