30 sec. 1/2 push-up hold + 10 straight armed poker chip tap outs

30 sec. Hollow hold or rock + 20 scissor kicks with ball weaving

C. Work for 10 min

5 Cross ground to halo

5 athletic burpee + split lunge

5 Skater lunges

5 push-ups
