Uneven push-up complex 30 sec. 1/2 hold + Max reps

30 sec. Hollow hold or rock + 20 scissor kicks with ball weaving

C. Work for 12 minutes

12 Planking lateral kick throughts

6 burpee to double split lunge

30 sec. Catch & throw against wall in lateral lunge
