Rolling Push-up complex 3 sec bottom, top, bottom hold

Twisted hollow hold with horizontal ball pursuits

C. Work for 12 min - 45:15

1: Block jumps

2: Peddle to side step + dig

3: Hops to rotating jumping lunges
