P1: Lateral lunge calling colors for P2 while catching and throwing

P2: Dynamic lunges to poker chips

P1&P2: 2x hollow hold 4-sequence


B. 4 sets

P1: 1/2 interverted barbell row hold until P2 finished, then ME reps

P2: 15 beat swings


C. Work for 10 min

10 staggered goblet squats (5 foot in front & 5 with foot behind)

3 point lateral line touches (forward, backwards and sideways)

10 staggered Push Ups on ground or box
