P1: 6-8 SL landmine complex: lunge to romanian deadlift

P2: 15 c&t in angled hollow hold

P1&P2: 20 mirroring hip turns


B. 4 sets

P1: 2x Laying rope pull downs

P2:Uneven racked DKB hold until P1 is finished


C. Work for 15min in a team (weather should be good, I looked it up ;)

P1: 200m run with SB carry (each set, switch shoulder)

P2: rowing
