P1 then P2 (1sps): Compass lunge complex @ 1/3/5 o'clock, 3-4 C&T + 3-4 lunges in each position


B. 4 sets

P1 (1sps): Compass push-up complex, with hand at 3/5/6 o'clock + ME (choose desired hand position)

P2 (1sps): Side plank with head saccades, tells P1 every ten seconds to switch


C. Work for 12 min
