8-10 Uneven goblet squats into SL calf raise


B. 4-6 sets

P1 then P2: SA Push-up burners @ 3P5E + ME bilateral push-ups

P1&P2: hollow hold with wall catching


C. Work for 8 min

P1: Down and Back Sled push + 5-10 athletic jumps

P2: Can start pushing sled as soon as P1 returns (do not need to wait for them to finish athletic jumps)
