> 4 DKBS into bottom-up hold into reverse lunge

P2: 8-10 hamstring curls on rower

P1 then P2:

20 sec. SL push-up hold + Max effort reps

P1 then P2: 4x stroop cone touch

C. EMOM 12 - 40:20 sec work:rest

1: infinity box runs + C&T

2: lunges (optional: jumping)

3: air hunger burpees
