30 sec Suspended Rotated Extension Hold with catching and throwing


B. 4 sets  

30 sec uneven Push-up hold followed by max reps 

30 sec side plank with perturbation


C. Work for 14 min

1 Rope climbs

10 /side Lateral Med Ball into Wall throws

200 m run
