A. Practice for 12 min on TGU

Try at least two different instruments (KB, DB, BB, SB, etc,)


B. Work for 15 min

3x /side Shoulder blade squares hanging from ring

6-8 Hang deadlifts (just to knee) your choice of stance - narrow, hip-width, or sumo*

*focus on engaging the lats and good shoulder blade position. 


C. Tof2 - YGIG for 12 min
