B. Practice Rotating Lunge with Wood Chop

then:

Tof2 YGIG

6-8 (left) Goblet Bulgarian Split squats

6-8 (left) reps rotating lunge wood chop

*switch with partner after each exercise, do right side on next set

C. Work for 8 min - Tof3 YGIG

One length Lateral sled drag*

5 burpees (athletic/floor)

*quick pace, maintain cross-over footwork
