Snatch Session

 

A. Unilateral Lat activation 

Loop rubber band around empty barbell and tray to engage lats as much as possible. Switch with partner. Repeat for the following positions: 

  1. 2 cm from floor

  2. Just below knee

  3. Above knee

 

B. First Pull 3 Pause (with light weight) 7-10 sec each position:

  1. 2 cm from floor

  2. Just below knee

  3. Above knee

Following by a pull

 

C. 6x2 power Snatch
