10-15 sec each side Hamstring Curl Compression with ball

20-30 sek side plank / side plank rotations


B. Every 2 min for 5 sets: 

3-5 Front Squat @ 30x1 (x means explosive extension)


C. In Teams of 2 YGIG, each 5 rounds of:

40 m sled push (Sprint=no weight to light weight)

1 Lateral Suicide Sprint
