5 sec 1 cm in front of knee

5 sec 1 cm mid-thigh

5 sec 1 cm infront of knee

5 sec 1 cm above ground

*Start with only barbell


B. 5x2-3 Dragonflies


C. 80-100 alternating slamball/medball over shoulder 

*EMOM 5 athletic burpee box hops, including first minute
