10-12 Single leg banded good mornings

B. 4 sets of:

2 Snatch balance with 2 sec

pause in catching position

C. 4 sets of:

3 tall Snatch (light)

D. 15 min to work on full snatch

(if good technique go heavyish, otherwise stay light and do 2-4 reps each set)
