A. 3x8-12 Trap Raises (focus on symmetry on both sides)

 

B. 3x8-12 Calf Raises (focus on symmetry on both sides)

 

C. 3x6-8 /side UL Romanian Deadlifts 

 

D. 3x2 Snatch Balance

 

E. 5x2 Tall Snatch
